Airport check-in agents typically need to work in shared environments, handling passengers through a variety of airline departure control systems.

Often, these systems are different from one another and airline agents facing passenger check-in are only proficient in one or two of these; making agent scheduling a difficult task as people with the right skills are scheduled to work at the right time.

SITA’s passenger handler resolves this problem by enabling agents to efficiently, perform departure control functions for any airline.
Passenger Handler is easy to use. It provides simple fill in the form masks to access multiple departure control systems, while the user friendly design prompts agents through the workflow of the system they are accessing. Agent productivity is improved, rostering issues are reduced and the cost of training, as well as, associated costs decrease.
