In SAPS Karachi, all offices i.e. flight operations offices, cargo offices and administrative offices are located on airport terminals, and therefore make possible the provisioning of services - on location, without loss of time. Karachi is the largest of SAPS stations and is capable of providing services at not only the airports located in Karachi, but also on other airports, landing strips both on land and in water, lying in the vicinity of Karachi, such as Rahimyar Khan, Moenjodaro, and Sukkur.

On average Karachi handles about 4000 to 5000 passengers daily, of which 80-85% of passenger handling is done using automated flight communications systems, such as Airport Connect OPEN. Karachi, handles about 10,000 to 14,000 tons of cargo yearly. Incorporation of VVIP protocol activity and military protocol activity has made possible the handling of foreign and foreign military missions and their cargo at Karachi. This large scale provisioning of services, as in Karachi is strictly governed by IATA rules.
