For departing passengers from check-in to boarding and arriving passengers up todelivery of baggage our committed staff is always present to assist them to make their travel comfortable and memorable one. Automated check-in is performed through CUTE and SITA DCS to ensure less waiting time at check-in-counter. Lost & found baggage is handled through most modern World Tracer System and the Passengers are kept informed of the status. SAPS has effective control over staff performance, who are guided and supervised to give and maintain service quality.

11th Flight Operation Officer Course @ SAPS Aviation College has began w.e.f 8th August with 16 students. The duration of this course is 20 weeks.

10th Flight Operations Officer Course, consisting 17 students has concluded in July 2011 at SAPS Aviation College.
